Conceived, designed and drawn by Joe Waterfield, ‘The Admirable Alphabet of Dr. Johnson’s Definitive Dictionary’ is an illustrated alphabet of highlight words from the first comprehensive dictionary of the English Language, compiled by Dr. Samuel Johnson in 1755. With this alphabet you’ll finally be able to tell a Smellfeast from a Quacksalver, and if you’re worried about Vaticide you can always catch a Rareeshow!
Available as a small A5 notebook or a larger A4 size, the spiral-bound notebook features the Admirable Alphabet design on its front cover. The small notebook features letters A-N on the front and O-Z on the back, whereas the large notebook has the entire design on the front cover with a plain back. The notebooks are filled with sheets of plain white paper, ready for your ideas, doodles, and ramblings!
